Whether someone is considered a neighbor or a stranger often depends on the level of familiarity and interaction between individuals. A neighbor is typically someone who lives nearby and with whom there is a sense of community and connection. On the other hand, a stranger is someone who is not known or familiar to us. Building relationships and engaging with those around us can help turn strangers into neighbors, fostering a sense of belonging and community. **

A stranger young man may wish a stranger good health as a gesture of goodwill and kindness. It is a way of expressing concern for the well-being of the other person, even though they may not know each other personally. Wishing someone good health is a universal way of showing empathy and care for others, and it can help create a positive and friendly interaction between strangers. **

Transgender individuals may or may not choose to undergo medical interventions to transition. Overall, transsexual is a more specific term related to medical interventions, while transgender is a more umbrella term that encompasses a wider range of gender identities. **

While some individuals may still use the term transsexual, it is less commonly used today as it is considered outdated and potentially stigmatizing. **

Transgender is an umbrella term that refers to individuals whose gender identity does not align with the sex they were assigned at birth. This can include a wide range of gender identities, such as non-binary, genderqueer, and genderfluid. Transsexual, on the other hand, is a more specific term that is often used to describe individuals who have undergone medical interventions, such as hormone therapy or surgery, to align their physical body with their gender identity. It's important to note that not all transgender individuals identify as transsexual, and the terms should be used respectfully and in accordance with an individual's self-identification. **
