An adult can add a middle name by going through a legal name change process. This typically involves filling out a petition, providing a reason for the name change, and appearing in court. Once the name change is approved by the court, the adult can update their identification documents, such as their driver's license, passport, and social security card, to reflect their new middle name. It is important to follow the specific procedures and requirements for a legal name change in the jurisdiction where the adult resides. **

Transgender men typically do not use traditionally feminine first names or middle names. This includes names that are commonly associated with girls or have a strong feminine connotation. Additionally, transgender men may avoid names that are traditionally used in specific cultures or regions for girls. Ultimately, transgender men choose names that align with their gender identity and expression. **

Transsexual is a term that was more commonly used in the past to describe individuals who have undergone or are seeking to undergo medical interventions, such as hormone therapy or surgery, to align their physical characteristics with their gender identity. On the other hand, transgender is a more inclusive term that encompasses a broader range of individuals whose gender identity does not align with the sex they were assigned at birth. Transgender individuals may or may not choose to undergo medical interventions to transition. Overall, transsexual is a more specific term related to medical interventions, while transgender is a more umbrella term that encompasses a wider range of gender identities. **

This can include individuals who identify as a different gender than the one they were assigned at birth, as well as non-binary or genderqueer individuals. Transsexual, on the other hand, is an older term that was used to describe individuals who have physically transitioned or are in the process of transitioning to align their bodies with their gender identity. While some individuals may still use the term transsexual, it is less commonly used today as it is considered outdated and potentially stigmatizing. **

Yes, there is a difference between transgender and transsexual. Transgender is an umbrella term that refers to individuals whose gender identity does not align with the sex they were assigned at birth. This can include a wide range of gender identities, such as non-binary, genderqueer, and genderfluid. Transsexual, on the other hand, is a more specific term that is often used to describe individuals who have undergone medical interventions, such as hormone therapy or surgery, to align their physical body with their gender identity. It's important to note that not all transgender individuals identify as transsexual, and the terms should be used respectfully and in accordance with an individual's self-identification. **
